Keto Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:
425g roast pumpkin
1.5 Cups almond flour
0.5 Cups coconut flour
4-5 tsp mixed spices (vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg )
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
4 large eggs
5-6 Tbs coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
Beat the eggs, vanilla, coconut oil, pumpkin in a seperate bowl until smooth
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix through well
Pour mixture into a prepared loaf tin and bake for 55-65min
Cool in tin for around 15min
